easily.
Professional Design Process
- First, our company owner, Robyn Harton, will work with
you to provide you an accurate bid/proposal. She will be
your contact person throughout the design process.
- Immediately upon accepting your project, we will send
you all our contact information.
- Next, we will get any additional detailed information
needed, and draft a contract created from your request for
proposal information and any relevant discussions. The contract
will detail the scope of the project, timeline, terms, and
milestones for the project. We will send you the contract
so you can review it and make changes as needed.
- Once we are both satisfied with the contract we will invoice
you for any deposits required. When the deposit is received
we will begin working on your project.
- Once we begin work on your project we will strive to create
the best possible design for your project. We work to meet
or exceed all deadlines and expectations, and we will communicate
with you about your project on a regular and timely basis.
We will invoice you appropriately at agreed upon milestones.
We will work with you to make your final design satisfy
you 100%.
- Once the project is completed and full payment is received,
we will legally turn over all copyrights to the project
to you.

Business Terms
Stating terms and policies plainly in the beginning of a
project can save a lot of difficulties down the road. Here
are Robyn A Harton Creative's terms
and policies.
- All Projects Must Have a Contract - With
a contract, we can be sure we both understand how
the project will be done.
- Confidentiality - We keep all communications
with clients and all information pertaining to clients and
projects strictly confidential amongst those of us who work
on it.
- Satisfaction Guarantee - We're not happy
with your project until you're happy with it. Until YOU
are satisfied, our work isn't done.
- Payment Terms - A 30% deposit is required
to begin any project. A timeline will be established at
the start of the project for the payment(s) of the balance.
Payment is due within 10 days of billing. We accept major
credit cards through the 2Checkout, PayPal, and c2it secure
online payment systems. We also accept cashier's check and
money order. Personal and business checks are accepted with
prior approval on a case by case basis. All payments must
be made to Robyn A Harton in US dollars only.
- Returned Check Policy - There is a $25.00
fee for all checks returned by the bank for any reason.
- Kill Fee - If you decide to cancel your
project once work has commenced, a kill fee of 30% is required.
If a deposit was paid, that will cover the kill fee. If
the deposit was waived for any reason, you will be billed
the 30% fee, and standard payment terms will apply.
- Abandoned Projects - If you can't be contacted
for 30 days by the contact methods you provide to us so
that we can complete the project, your project is considered
abandoned. Any deposits or other payments for abandoned
projects are then forfeit to us, and all work remains property
and copyright of Robyn A Harton Creative.
- Copyrights - Copyrights and ownership of
all drafts and work is property of Robyn A Harton Creative
until final payment is received. After final payment, all
copyrights and ownership are granted to the buyer in toto.
The only right we request is the right to display it in
our online or offline portfolios.
- Dispute Resolution - We try very hard to
handle any disputes on our own. However, if that's not possible
for some reason, Robyn A Harton Creative is a certified
member of Square
Trade which will mediate disputes on request.
- Other Policies - We don't discriminate
against race, color, religion, gender, creed, sexual preference,
ethnicity or age. However, we do reserve the right to refuse
service to anyone, as a protective measure against abusive
individuals. We will not be involved with any projects that
promote hate of any kind, prejudice, violence, or illegal
activity. We support local, federal and international copyright
laws to the best of our ability, and won't knowingly violate
these in the course of creating any project.
- We
reserve the right to change these policies and terms at
any time.
